As we always put our customers first and ensure that all their needs are fulfilled, we have created a new service provided by Banque Misr in our branches. It allows our customers to exchange their transfer from USD to EGP seamlessly.
To avoid the hassle and make the experience smooth and fast for the customers, this service is currently available in 24 out of our 38 IBAG branches and is only eligible for customers that receive their transfer within the same branch providing the service itself.
Speed and safety are guaranteed as the service is provided in the same place where they receive their transfer.
