Abd Allah El Sada currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of IBAG for Money Transfer Services, and has a prominent banking career that spans over 3 decades.
During his career, El Sada has held leading positions in several banking institutions including the Egyptian American Bank, BNP Paribas, Bank Mashreq, ABC Bank and the Arab African International Bank, in which he spent the last ten years of his banking career as Head of Retail Branches and Distribution Channels Group.
El Sada previously sat on several boards such as Fawry, and the Arab African International Real Estate Finance Company. His banking experience spans credit and corporate finance disciplines, as well as branch management and retail services. In 2014, El Sada joined IBAG for Money Transfer Services the oldest agent of Western Union Company.
Within his role in IBAG, El Sada contributed to restructuring the company in terms of administrative and financial operations, which had a positive impact on the volume of its activity, which doubled to 2.7 million transactions with a value of 1.6 billion U.S dollar. Under his leadership, IBAG turned its performance into a profitable, steady increase over the past six years.
In addition to being the CEO of IBAG, El Sada is a board member of Menthum Holding for Financial Investments, and a board member of MIDBANK for Consumer Finance. His experience sees him excel in multiple banking disciplines including Corporate Finance, Business Development, Risk Assessment and Retail.
