Marketing Specialist
Looking for a passionate marketer with a strong attention to detail along with a BTL background.
Pre-requisites:
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or Public Relations.
• 1-3 years of experience in BTL (Below the Line) Advertising/Marketing.
• A solid understanding of the materials and production specifications.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Good knowledge of POS materials and branding.
• Proficient use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proven working experience in retail branding /advertising agencies is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, implementing, and promoting a yearly below-the-line marketing strategy.
• Execute the periodic ground activation & promotions.
• Follow up on all retail branches’ POS and branding materials.
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing activities, and to ensure competitiveness.
• Execute POS materials (from creation to design, proofreading, production, and installation or delivery).
• Assist in handling all marketing messages inside the branches.
• Support in creating engaging below-the-line marketing messages and experiences that help guide and orient customers both inside and outside our retail locations.
• Provide reports, specifications, and creative briefs.
• Support in the preparation and coordination of internal events.
• Implement specific marketing initiatives in accordance with the marketing & communications strategy.
• Monitor competitions marketing activities.
