Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the accounting entries for AP (Suppliers, Taxes & etc.).
- Handles all the account closing monthly, Quarterly & Yearly for accounts payable, down payments to suppliers, petty cash, accruals, and pre-paid expenses.
- Applies Taxes and helps in the preparation of the annual tax returns, withholding, and stamp tax forms for payment, as well as tax inspections.
- Follows up with the Accounting Manager to ensure cash availability.


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a similar field.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in the accounts payable section.
- Proficiency in English is essential. Strong understanding of accounting and financial rules and practices.
- Practical knowledge of accounting software (knowledge of the MS Dynamics GP system is an advantage).
- Excel and PowerPoint are essential. You should be proficient in MS Office.
- Familiar with tax laws applies in Egypt.
- Having fair knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and EAS together with prior experience in auditing businesses, is an advantage.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
