IT Help Desk
Looking for someone to support and handle all requests from employees users, setup workstations, manage branches queuing systems.

Main Responsibilities:

- Receive support requests from employees'€™ users.
- Manage computer systems.
- Setup Head office & branches' workstations.
- Manage branches' queuing system.
- Install and configure printers.
- Install and configure appropriate software according to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and maintain local networks.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.)
- Perform workstations upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
- Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, and storage in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
- Repair and recover from workstations' hardware or software failures.
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, or computer science.
- Minimum 1-2 Years experience in the IT field.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Communication skills.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic Languages.
