Pre-requisites:
• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus.

Responsibilities: -
• Implement cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate and conduct regular audits and compliance monitoring.
• Provide training and awareness sessions to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
• Collaborate with the IT and security teams to implement security controls and measures.
• Prepare and present reports on the status of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance efforts.
